My first attempt at a U/B Mill Deck (EDH); I'm inexperienced with the Mill strategy and wanted to build something around Lazav's dope Hexproof Copycat ability. PLEASE extend any advice/suggestions - they would be much appreciated.

So far this is what I believe to be the best cards (at first glance) that I gathered from my immediate paper collection, so it's definitely a work in progress.
