If it's ok, with Yeago, I am going to do a desktop capture video, of this deck, on this deckpage, on this site, on Justin Tv, that breaksdown this deck, and land destruction decks, cards, in general, and why they can be a a very playable, competitive, viable, tier 2 deck, in standard and modern formats.
I will post a link to the video, in a article, I will post in the forums.

It's nice to see LD still has a place in the standard environment, love the way you made it work with the LQ Metal. +1 from me mate.

Thanks it just got even better when they reprinted Demolish , in AVR.
Hope they reprint LQ metal, when Scars, rotates out. If they reprint LQ Metal, and Stone Rain , and Roiling Terrain , to go along with the Demolish AVR reprint, then Land destruction, will be viable in standard for a long time.

Hey Mike are you going to use that new LD card in AVR? The red one?

most definately, I haven't had the time to stick it into this deck.
If they reprint Stone Rain , or Roiling Terrain , land destruction, will get a much needed boost vs all the semi superfast aggro decks in the meta now.
this deck did real good until the meta switched to hard core aggro
Demolish will help some, but land destruction wants another 3 cmc LD card to more consistently destroy a land turns 2 and 3.
The turn 2 land destruction is almost a must vs all the semi super fast aggro decks, in standard right now. Heck a tempered steel pro list will semi consistently win by turn 3, unless you take away a land turn 2.
Demolish is a good start, but LD wants and needs more

I tried to run the R/G Liquimetal Coating but I realized it was really do or die. Ended up mulling a lot and starting with bad hands. I added blue for Ponder and Think Twice to help me draw and Mana Leak to slow early game and to stabilize. Snapcaster Mage to flashback a Mana Leak or artifact destruction is awesome. It's been doing work at FNM. Check it out RUG Control w/ a Twist. +1 and good luck with it.

When this deck gets to 3,000 views, 20 +1's(its at 2840 views, 19 +1's now), I am going to do a special article on this deck, my Modern format vs of this deck, and on land destruction decks, in general.
In the article, I will give complete breakdown on what makes this deck, and my modern version of this deck, and common land destruction builds so good.
I will do comparisions of cards, etc.
I am doing this article, because I do have the highest rated, better to best land destruction deck, on this site and other sites, in comparison to other land destruction decks.
Also one reason it took awhile for this deck to be,get rated so high, is because some didnt see, understand the deck that well.
So that's another reason why I am going to do this article, so that they can better understand this deck, and similar land destruction decks.
Also land destruction is considered a rogue deck. And the article will hopefully show why this and other similar land destruction decks, will probably do better then other rogue decks, and thus better in magic tourneys, then what some would, might expect.
So when this deck gets to 3000 views, and 20 +1's, then I will do the article.
And it might get published, like the last article I did.
