A budget legacy Goblin Charbelcher deck. It's budget because it doesn't run Lion's Eye Diamond. It can still consistently combo off on turn 1 or 2.

One specific thing I am looking for help with is the Burning Wish package in the sideboard. The only cards I ever fetch are Empty the Warrens or sometimes Reforge the Soul. Any suggestions for cards to make the tutor package better are appreciated. Also, any general tips or ideas for the deck are appreciated. Feel free to leave an Upvote!

Another important note: If 10 proxy legacy is played at your local game store I highly recommend using 4 of the 10 Proxy slots for Lion's Eye Diamond and also bumping up the copies of Chrome Mox to 3 or even 4 when you do so. The tutor package in the sideboard can also change a bit, with Infernal Tutor synergizing well with Lion's Eye Diamond. To make room for the Diamond I recommend cutting Street Wraith, and some combination of Manamorphose and maybe Pyretic Ritual(though I'd rather cut the Manamorphose.) Diamond is good at color fixing, making Manamorphose less necessary. Other than adding the diamond and maybe tweaking the sideboard a little, this deck stays mostly the same as it is already very close to the full version. If you just want to get the deck off the bat including proxies, when you eliminate the 10 most expensive cards, the deck is even cheaper and becomes an even better budget option.
