This is my idea on an enchantment deck:

I had some old (and quite expensive for a budget deck) cards I already owned, that I wanted to build into this deck: Birds of Paradise, Eladamri's Call, Mirari's Wake, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Mother of Runes x2, Elspeth, Knight-Errant and Sylvan Library because I really love those cards.

Probably the best thing that can happen in this deck is if you can get a Kor Spiritdancer enchanted with Canopy Cover and a Daybreak Coronet.

Another Combo is to get Sylvan Library out with Abundance for some insane Card drawing together with Kor Spiritdancer and Enchantress's Presence.

Your totem armor guards your creatures while you cast Wrath of God, so you have a clear field for your attack. After that you can use Sun Titan or Replenish to get your enchantments back!

This deck shouldn't too expensive, and if it's still too expensive you can swap Replenish for something else. If you want to invest more, swap Avacyn's Pilgrim with three Birds of Paradise !
