I didn't realize this wasn't on my profile. This is my ever updating tournament deck. It's the best iteration of loam pox I've ever run. This is much more verisitle than mono black pox, more options than golgari pox, and much more control oriented than junk or jund. It is not midrange. It is not combo dedicated. It is non-blue contol, purr and simple. It is basically toolbox control. Opening hand should be brutal, and allow answers to common issues. Then, hilarity should basically ensue. If your opponent is having fun, you are losing. If you're haVing fun, your opponent should be broken and miserable.

This is a meta breaker. And, hillariously, it is 100% vs infect, goblins, and well over 75% vs miracles, grixis delver and burn. The worst matchup for this deck is currently death and taxes and well-played RUG Delver / Canadian Threshold, hense the dedicated sb slots, and being on the draw vs storm or high tide sucks. Enjoy one of the cruelest, most evil decks I've ever made or even seen developed in mtg. In any midrange, grindy match, I should be favored, and deathrite must always, always die first. Of course. And then get exterpated. Of course.

I love this deck so much, I have custom altered smallpox and worm harvest. I'll try to post them sometime later.

P.S. I called this ceatureless, because Nether spirit isn't a creature. It's a toolbox wall that dies repeatedly for the cause. And hillarious tricks, like cabal flashbacks. If that's the win condition, something has gone horribly wrong.

I'm thinking that the Diabolic Edicts are more situational than anything else, and that Swords to Plowshares is just still better. I moved the two edicts to the sb, put the two swords into the mb, and then took the second Leyline of the Void to the maybe board. The second spot I took out was the torpor orb. I like it vs exactly three creatures, really, and it just isn't enough. The three creatures are a pain (Stoneforge Mystic, Thought-Knot Seer and Snapcaster Mage), but it isn't really as much of a hosing as it is in modern. I also run the two extirpate mb, and its honestly a better answer to yard based decks, anyway. It can't be kgripped or destroyed in any way, and cannot be conventionally countered.
