I have a similar ninjitsu deck but it has a few less ninjitsu cards and more unblockables so u can always use ninjitsu more. It has trouble with agro decks tho, invisible stalker is great in these decks, unblockable and hexproof.

I've seen someone use Writ of Passage before.
Just a pinch of control can help beat down quite a bit

Geth's Verdict
Mistblade Shinobi especially with permanent "can't be blocked" effects
