This is a deck that utilizes the legend legend Nebuchadnezzar. This is a Dimir control deck that utilizes discard and stealing to defeat my opponents with value. The first step is to cause my opponents to discard their hand until they are top decking. The deck also plays cards like Telepathy to help figure out who is the best to discard but also to synergize with Nebu's ability. Second step is to steal cards from the field or graveyard and overwhelm people with valuable creatures from their decks. Any tips or suggestions is much appreciated.

When designing this deck, I try to make sure there is no hard locks or infinite combos just because I personally dont like that.
