I never thought I'd see Street Fighter in Magic! It's a welcome surprise. I absolutely love the flavor behind Chun-Li's abilities. So I decided to start with her.

When I started brewing, I was immediately reminded of two similarly styled commanders: Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge, and Narset, Enlightened Master.
