This deck intends to control the board by having the first hit in combat. Use Harnessed Lightning and Invigorated Rampage to boost your power over defending toughness either attacking or defending (constantly forcing them to second guess in combat), and then to knock out opponents remaining life total. Lightning Runner ought to be able to drop in to finish off a game. I've dealt 24 damage to an opponent taking a second combat turn with Lightning Runner and Invigorated Rampage.
