Hey, this is a deck I made before rotation of Innistrad block. Now I need to update it for Theros. It's obviously a creature heavy deck that uses battalion triggers to swing quickly and efficiently. Aurelia, the Warleader and the Firemane Avenger s are my main wincons. Tajic, Blade of the Legion provides extra battlefield utility if needed. Boros Charms and Lightning Strikes are pretty standard, and the Aurelia's Fury is for preventing combat tricks, Sphinx's Revelation, or tapping a few blockers/fatties. I appreciate any advice/constructive criticism on the deck.

P. S. This is what I have in the deck so far, not what I'd consider the finished list (i.e. Shocklands and Temples)

After some casual play testing against fairly competitive decks, here's what I've come up with. Magma Jet should be a 4 of in the mainboard. I need that scry, at least until I get temples. Chained to the Rocks should be a 4 of in the sideboard, against RG monsters. Rest in Peace just needs to go, because graveyards haven't been a thing since Innistrad rotated. Otherwise, any other changes I've tried (with proxies) have been mostly dependent on what deck I'm running against and player preference.

I tried the Precinct Captain with Madcap Skills, and it worked best when I took the deck full aggro. Basically Aurelia, the Warleader, Spark Trooper, Purphoros, God of the Forge, or Aurelia's Fury would come out in some combination to make it work. Same deal with the Viashano Firstblade.

Warleader's Helix will be essential once I get the Temple of Triumphs.
