• Wind-Scarred Crag -> Ash Barrens (from Anje - this deck is too color-hungry)
• Temple of the False God -> Windbrisk Heights (you want to attack to get Trynn's tokens anyway. Temple is a trap on a low-curve, high color-demanding deck like this)
• Unholy Indenture -> Magus of the Wheel (it is a human, draws you cards and enables your recursion cards)
• Slaughter-Priest of Mogis -> Greven, Predator Captain (a substitute for Silvar in dealing damage and eating tokens)
• Phalanx Tactics -> Unbreakable Formation (proactive and reactive protection)
• Blood Aspirant -> Chainer, Nightmare Adept (Silvar is a slow-killing machine: Chainer can trade excessive lands for humans in the graveyard - good synergy with bouncelands)
• Hero of the Nyxborn -> Plaguecrafter (on-theme removal that plays around indestructibility and Kalamax's Fierce Guardianship and Deflecting Swat)
• Magus of the Disk -> Syr Konrad, the Grim (you want to kill creatures anyway - also, Magus works against your board presence)
• Final Payment -> Crackling Doom (better removal)
• Mortify -> Despark (better removal)
• Vigilante Justice -> Rionya, Fire Dancer (attack with your token, then sacrifice it to Silvar)
• Cavalry Pegasus -> Hanweir Militia Captain   (more tokens)

Additions: (the deck only had 94 cards)

• Adriana, Captain of the Guard (creature pump for your tokens to not get blocked and for Greven to eat)
• Apostle of Purifying Light (graveyard hate)
• Theater of Horrors ("card draw" you get by attacking or pinging (e.g. Zulaport Cutthroat)
• Fumiko the Lowblood (she guarantees your opponents won't have creatures to block yours - you also might kill some of theirs with your blockers)
• Frontier Warmonger (evasion to your tokens)
• Humble Defector (repeatable draw - if you don't want them to draw cards, feed him to Silvar. Better yet, make an agreement to have the chosen opponent to give you back Defector the next turn - few will deny free cards.)

An infinite combo you might want to run, because it is on-theme and each part does something on their own:

• Fiend Hunter (permanent exile if you sacrifice it before exiling the creature) + Angel of Glory's Rise (recursion + fringe boardwipe) + any sacrifice outlet (Silvar, Devourer of the Free for example): make Fiend Hunter exile the Angel, then sacrifice the Hunter to the sac outlet, bringing back the Angel, which will bring Fiend Hunter back to exile the Angel again, repeating the cycle. Use any pinger (Zulaport Cutthroat, Syr Konrad, the Grim, Bastion of Remembrance, Judith, the Scourge Diva, Juri, Master of the Revue) to kill all opponents.

• Adriana, Captain of the Guard + Syr Konrad, the Grim

Recent changes: (I upped the land count from 36 to 40 lands so the deck doesn't get stuck with 3 lands on the battlefield)

• Citywide Bust (it kills your biggest creatures - Kindred Dominance and Make an Example do better work at boardwiping) -> Thriving Heath
• Commander's Sphere (does not ramp into Trynn) -> Vivid Meadow
• Apostle of Purifying Light (does very little) -> Temple of Triumph
• Corpse Knight (there are plenty of Human combo finishers) -> Temple of Silence
