The idea of this deck is to get Leovold, Emissary of Trest and then cast a wheel effect to draw cards and for your opponents not to have any. The main win condition of this deck will be Doomsday but with a Tendrils of Agony back up plan. Teferi's Puzzle Box with Leovold, Emissary of Trest ability will mean that you opponents cant draw any cards. There is a slight budget to the deck that is why there are no ABUR duels, Candelabra of Tawnos, Imperial Seal or Grim Tutor the budget is I don't really want to spend over a $100 on a card. I was thinking about adding Magus of the Candelabra as a budget option but decided against it as it is a creature and will have summoning sickness.
