Sideboard

Leovold, Emissary of Trest is not making a deal. That's a lie. He's here to ruin your hand.

The goal is hard tempo. Ideally, we get Leo down T2/3, and then follow with a Day's Undoing or a Teferi's Puzzle Box. Oppos are basically topdecking while you laugh your way to a beater.

We mostly deal with threats by bouncing them with classics like Cyclonic Rift and then wheeling them away en masse, though there's a couple wipes to reset the board if needed, as well as some targeted removal.

The rest of the deck supports resilience and building card advantage.

Cards like Kira, Great Glass-Spinner make targeted removal difficult (card & a fizzle? Yes please). That makes wipes the most dangerous thing to this deck, so your counterspells should be reserved to keep them uncast.

Cards like Blood Scrivener make your wheel effects a bit better (+1 draw every spin of the puzzle box!).

This is a new deck, so I've just begun testing. Feel free to comment with thoughts on how Leo can make it a worse deal for your foes.
