Abzan Ascendancy is here not for its token creation, so it doesn't matter to me if it gets destroyed. Congregate i need three of so i for sure get the card
and as of Siegecraft id rather go with Titanic Growth Cheaper, and, Because both are only going to be used in correspondence to Kin-Tree Invocation don't need the extra defense permanently because i can always double block.

If I were you I would take out the siege rhino. It's not really that great of a card to begin with. I would suggest running Wall of Mulch because it provides a 4/4 turn 3 and can be sacrificed after it's done it's job

Give that man a cookie okay I see your point. I run Terra Stomper since it got re printed for m15. It is a good turn six bomb that cannot be countered. Let me say that again in all caps: CANNOT BE COUNTERED! Oh and it is an 8/8 with trample. So if you need to drop a bomb, drop him and watch the world burn. Give him a +1/1 with Abzan Falconer on the field and you will have a 9/9 Flying Trampler. Trust me about the 3rd Congregate . Put in in your side board, I didn't mean take it out completely. Sorry if that is what you thought, I could have been a bit clearer. I use to run a mono white token deck that had two congregates in it, I had one at least 90% of the time. Usually in my draw hand.

Siege Rhino 's trample ability is helpful in the fight against chump blockers..... hate that crap

If chump blockers are an issue, which I don't doubt, I would definitely suggest running 3 Drown in Sorrow (maybe 2 depending on how the meta turns out) and one sideboard. It kills none of your creatures, possibly gets rid of chump blockers and digs through your deck.

Courser of Kruphix belongs here as well as +1 Siege Rhino for that sweet trample damage.

an idea you could use is adding Sunbond to combo with Ajani's ultimate and then using Kin-Tree Invocation
September 22, 2014 2:05 p.m.
Scourge of Skola Vale works great for any of your combos. If they ever use a kill spell on any of your creatures you can tap Scourge of Skola Vale , eat any creature (even hexproof), and play Kin-Tree Invocation . Too bad Tower Defense rotated :(

May I suggest Reaper of the Wilds I think you need some hexproof monsters in here. Also Nassa Tower Archers but I agree Kin-Tree Invocation is busted.

I totally want Reaper of the Wilds In here, but the thing is i have no where to put him in, And yeah Kin-Tree Invocation its just not fare. It was so underrated when khans was revealed.

I think this is an awesome deck! +1 definitely. I think maybe an Athreos, God of Passage and maybe a Gift of Immortality for the token. I think they would work.

I've playtested this deck a bunch, and i cant seem to get a good mana base going, or pull the win cons.

@MapleCat1337 really? Thats actually really confusing. What I do to play test is print out all the cards and put the paper In sleeves on top of the cards in there. Cause that way a machine isn't calculating random values. If you've got time try that. I seem to get win cons etc easily

Wow, this is... just the rocks. Ow, the whole deck hurts just looking at it.What would you do against a dedicated removal deck? I know that this would just eat aggro decks alive.

Against removal the main objective is play good cards that you can afford to lose. Wait till they either run out of removal or play your planeswalkers or big defenders when they're tapped out. As you get more mana on the feild late game there is only so much that control can do before they're too many cards to counter.
Glad you like it c:

EvilKidsMeal you're right on the nail as to how to pilot the deck. let them use up there removal, than use yours. save your key creatures/walkers for later, or trick them into removing less crucial peices. I play this deck and went 2-1 against b/w mid-range control. I do like this deck because it can function fairly decent with out Kin-Tree Invocation . When it DOES go off, a turn 2 4/4 or turn 3 5/5 (or both) is pretty brutal. The life gain balances out the late game as well.

the 2/2 flyer sorin gives in addition to Abzan Ascendency flyers + ajani's counters can be a lass ditch effort to get the last fatal damage in. I enjoy the versatility of this deck

This deck's mainboard is very powerful, and very very good against other creature decks. My only worry is that your sideboard will water down what your maindeck is doing, and although the interactions and 'combos' are there, I only really like Scourge of Skola Vale and Back to Nature out of the side. I'd consider a few more grindy cards from the sideboard against a control opponent, like Nissa, Worldwaker or Liliana Vess or something like that, because your Abzan Ascendancy and Rakshasa Deathdealer s are certainly good against them, but it might be a difficult matchup nontheless. Great deck idea all around though!
shepherdofire says... #1
It is an enchantment, so two questions: why are you running 3 Congregate when you will probably be holding on to two well before you want to play them, and why are you using Back to Nature if you run Abzan Ascendancy ? It would take out both Siegecraft and Abzan Ascendancy .
