This is a deck thrown together with cards I had laying around and a small budget purchase required for some of the lesser cards.

Instead of extorting, I took a different approach with Orzhov, building on some control elements and consistent bleed via Stab Wound and Pillory of the Sleepless, allowed for some larger creatures to be made via Edge of the Divinity + Tithe Drinker/Vizkopa Guildmage for a strong early game, and Liliana with Debt to the Deathless and lifegain/loss through Vizkopa Guildmage/Chalice/Elixir as well as Blood Baron and Nirkana Revenant for a very strong lategame.

Yes, Sanguine Bond would make this deck significantly better, however with the price staying at $10 a card, it was not feasible for a budget modification.
