I was also thinking Greater Good since I make so many tokens

Parallel lives and mentor of the meek for sure. Most of the others would be to your own discretion.
June 14, 2013 4:13 p.m.
Cathars' Crusade is powerful with Ghave.
my Tokens and Counters Everywhere is a ghave deck that's more built up and could give some ideas.
June 14, 2013 7:04 p.m.
Trostani's Summoner is a nice token maker.
Gilded Lotus . You have a lot of big things and not a lot of ramp.
All I got.
June 14, 2013 9:05 p.m.
These are exactly the tips I was looking for. Thanks everyone

Wanna try to keep the deck around $200. So let's say under $250
June 15, 2013 10:13 a.m.
Scratch that. I mis typed. I don't want to spend more than $250 improving the deck
June 15, 2013 2:11 p.m.
If you want to keep the token theme, you can add budget cards like Rhys the Redeemed , Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage , Coat of Arms , Mimic Vat , Sundering Growth , Rootborn Defenses , Druid's Deliverance , Slime Molding , Phyrexian Rebirth , Parallel Evolution , Phyrexian Processor and Trostani, Selesnya's Voice . Some of them are really only good in combo with each other and are hard to cast in a three color environment but they should give you an idea of what kind of cards you can grab for token silliness.

Cards I would cut:
- Aquastrand Spider - Underwhelming.
- Celestial Force - Unnecessary, ineffective, expensive.
- Chorus of the Conclave - Expensive and ineffective.
- Dark Hatchling - Expensive.
- Deadly Recluse - Ineffective.
- Golgari Guildmage - Expensive to use.
- Nantuko Husk - Unnecessary.
- Penumbra Spider - Unnecessary.
- Scute Mob - Slow and unnecessary.
- Selesnya Evangel - Slow and unnecessary.
- Selesnya Guildmage - Debatable.
- Spike Feeder - Unnecessary and ineffective.
- Vampire Nighthawk - Unnecessary.
- Death Mutation - Way too expensive.
- Hex - Expensive and very limited.
- Afterlife - Expensive.
- Nemesis Trap - Expensive.
- The Vows - Seem unnecessary.
- Barren Moor - Slow.
- Secluded Steppe - Slow.
- Tranquil Thicket - Slow.
Cards I would add:
- Decree of Pain - Draw power and a sweeper. Can turn tokens into card advantage.
- Ashnod's Altar - Loves Ghave.
- Phyrexian Altar - Sac outlet and good with tokens.
- Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth - Mana fixer.
- Murmuring Bosk
- Demonic Tutor
- Diabolic Intent

Got a couple of Phyrexian Arena laying around somewhere. What about Nezumi Graverobber instead of Golgari Guildmage ?
June 15, 2013 5:36 p.m.
Epochalyptik says... #14
Nezumi Graverobber doesn't really fit the idea of the deck, and it's somewhat clunky.
June 15, 2013 5:38 p.m.
Twilight Drover would have really good synergy with Ghave wouldn't he? And what about Teysa, Orzhov Scion on top of that thanks to drovers spirit tokens?
June 15, 2013 6:29 p.m.
Epochalyptik says... #16
Twilight Drover can work.
Teysa, Orzhov Scion will be out of place. Most of your tokens are green, so her ability is only relevant if you have something like Twilight Drover in play and you can afford to activate it to produce some white tokens. Otherwise you'll be forced to sac actual creatures, which is not ideal. Because she has little synergy with the deck, I'd play a removal spell or something else in her place.
June 15, 2013 9:28 p.m.
Good point. Scrap her then. What about the switch outs listed in update? I'm also planning to take out the vows and replace with a Gilded Lotus , Phyrexian Arena and possibly Gravestorm in the third slot. Diabolic Tutor would have to make do for now until I can find a Demonic Tutor . Also the cycle lands will be dropped for Rushwood Grove , Sunpetal Grove , and Isolated Chapel
June 15, 2013 9:43 p.m.
Epochalyptik says... #18
Rushwood Grove is too slow. Use Woodland Cemetery .
I recommend keeping Hour of Reckoning because you can use it as a one-sided sweeper when you're set up.
June 15, 2013 9:47 p.m.
That's a good point too. Plus I was really only yanking that because of cost but because of all the tokens I'll be making convoking it shouldn't be an issue. Lol. The other switches look okay though?

The seem fine. I would leave Leyline of Lifeforce out and keep Storm Herd in.
June 15, 2013 10:32 p.m.
Really? It's awfully expensive. What's the reasoning? Not doubting just don't know enough about the format really.
June 15, 2013 11:04 p.m.
Epochalyptik says... #22
Storm Herd is a powerful card, especially in tokens. It's better than Leyline of Lifeforce in my opinion, but playtest them to find out what you like more.
June 15, 2013 11:11 p.m.
I have a Chromatic Lantern , Gilded Lotus , Terrain Generator , and Oracle of Mul Daya that i was considering for mana help. The terrain generator is only because I don't have the Woodland Cemetery

I suggest adding Cathars' Crusade Ashnod's Altar Mikaeus, the Unhallowed Champion of Lambholt Corpsejack Menace just to name a few, to get a huge bang from your deck
June 17, 2013 10:41 a.m.
steveoowns says... #25
Give Wild Beastmaster and Elder of Laurels a shot to turn puny creatures in to giant ones. And with that general you cant go wrong with Craterhoof Behemoth
TheLameSauce says... #1
Looks really good. I'd add an Ashnod's Altar for some extra juice, maybe a Phyrexian Altar as well.
