After all this time, I feel Hythonia the Cruel is such an underplayed commander. I think a lot of people see her and think to try a Gorgon strategy, see it's not viable and just cast her aside, but she deserves way more credit. She makes an excellent choice with her built-in board sweep and ability to kill on her own in three attacks once monstrous. If this deck is left alone to build up resources, it can easily win on the spot or set it up to knock out everyone on the board in succession though massive life drain, a few nasty combos/alternate win-cons or just pounding through with a big mean gorgon lady for the commander damage win.
