Basically, this is the Peregrine Drake combo deck, but in Commander.

With Peregrine Drake, Archaeomancer and Ghostly Flicker, you generate infinite mana, which is then funneled into Ambassador Laquatus to mill everyone out. If opponents have ways of avoiding being milled out, then Memnarch, Rishadan Brigand or Pierce Strider can be flickered repeatedly with the infinite mana.

The rest of the deck is redundant effects, counterspells and card draw.
