I really like Shaman of Forgotten Ways and making a deck around it would make me happy. The basic principle is to ramp into Secure the Wastes and build an army to use Shaman's Formidable. I'm on a bit of a budget and testing is needed. This is a rough first draft.

Why some cards are here:

Great Teacher's Decree- possible wincon that involves ramping your warrior tokens.

Glade Watcher- helps trigger Formidable and is a nice 3 toughness blocker for 2 mana.

Frontier Siege- nice mana to cast cheap 2-3 drops to build the army.

On the topic of two-drops, the Shaman is great for dropping them with Frontier Siege. You would, in theory, be able to drop 2 Glade Watchers, Whisperers, or Heralds without tapping mana, and then drop some more by using lands. I'm hoping that Shamanic Revelation will be a good way to refresh your hand after you're able to just drop it down by ramping.

Of course, this hasn't been tested so it may not even work at all. The goal is, obviously, to make it work eventually without it turning into every other top decklist that runs GW.
