So, I won't lie. I'm not really sure about the point of the deck right now. I guess, to slow down my opponents, but will it really work? I don't know. Just a fun deck, I guess. Would like some help to make this deck work better.
Simple Discussion of the Cards
Aggressive, or Win-Cons
Fiendslayer Paladin - This guy is hard to kill, and even worse when buffed. Lifelink and First Strike is hard to get around these days.
Flame-Wreathed Phoenix - To tribute, or not to tribute, that is the definite question. This "god" of fire will smite anyone who does not pay tribute and will come back, but if they do pay tribute, then it hurts even more every turn.
Mogis's Warhound - A nice, cheap bestow creature to put upon my lifelinker, plus is great on it's own four feet.
Wildfire Cerberus Decent cost, nice monstrocity bonus, great for getting rid of all those pesky little health humans that seem to be swarming recently.
Two-Headed Cerberus - And you thought First Strike was annoying, wait till you feel the wrath of Double Strike.
Hammer of Purphoros - When you have extra mana, use it right.
Holding Down the Fort
Hundred-Handed One - Surprisingly an excellent blocker, even more so after Monsterous-ing him.
Indestructibility - Gives blocking a whole new meaning.
Spirit of the Labyrinth - Say nope to all those extra draws (though it doesn't stop you from drawing one on your opponents turn, like from Master of the Feast ) that blue wants.
Eidolon of Rhetoric - Only one spell a turn? Fine by me, though I think the red player is chanting a death hex...
Eidolon of the Great Revel - There goes all those lovely fast plays, and you thought cheesy white weeny decks would win here....
Blind Obedience - Nothing says "Nope." to aggro decks than forcing their hasties to tap on entry.
Banishing Light - In case of emergency, use Flash.
Spear of Heliod - Of course I'm only using it to discourage violence within my presence.... sort of...
