This is a REALLY jank deck based around a "combo" not playable in commander. Lich's Mirror substitutes losing the game with 1. Not losing 2. Drawing 7 and, 3. Gaining 20 life. With Channel active, you can hypothetically, kill yourself with it, float a bunch of mana, and draw into mirror again.

with that said, channel is banned in commander, and so this deck looks to abuse this concept with a much jankier, more unlikely duo: lose game affects and phasing.
