Licia, Bloodsworn Victor is an aggressive lifegain deck. It focuses on creating powerful creatures and granting them lifelink through enchantments, equipment, and board-wide support creatures, and waging a bloody campaign with them against its opponents.

• Wide-ranging or repeatable lifelink-granting effects to support an aggressive creature base.
• Licia, a commander whose cost reduces based on lifegain so you can burn away commander tax and play her again and again, keeping pressure on your opponents with her escalating threat.

This deck sprang from the idea of Licia being a commander you can reduce commander tax down to cast her again and again if she gets killed. I hadn't built a lifegain EDH deck before, and although I'm not sure if it works to the best efficiency for a deck, I really like the idea of red creatures who can sling damage all over the place getting lifelink.
