This deck tries to get Licia onto the battlefield as soon and often as possible. For example, cards like Icatian Moneychanger , Serra Ascendant and Tavern Swindler enable Licia to enter in turn three. This deck wins via commander damage. Alternatively, Aetherflux Reservoir (in a two player game) or Felidar Sovereign might sometimes work. The deck leans heavily on artifacts, especially Umezawa's Jitte for its third ability, and Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots . Therefore it contains a fair number of artifact tutors. With a bit of luck, you might play Armageddon after Licia hits the battlefield, to give you a few turns to swing freely at your opponents.
