My hopefully competitive ish blue black control deck. Obviously the deck, much like any deck with blue and black, focuses on stopping you opponent from doing things. My main win con for this deck is the Aetherling, however I have a secondary win con in the mill spells I run, which can both mill the opponent out, or disrupt them early game, so thoughts and changes are appreciated, I am on a budget so that is to be bared in mind.. thanks in advance.
