(I know this deck is 400 dollars, it was supposed to be budget, but I think I messed up somewhere (ex. Helm of Obedience). You can most likely take these cards out and sub them in for something else reliable, but I don't really feel like fixing it)

Just a run of the mill Orzhov deck with a good, reliable commander at it's head, Liesa, Shroud of Dusk

Got the classic Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond combo, as well as Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Walking Ballista and Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace (or Helm of Obedience + Leyline of the Void

Nothing combos off the commander, it's just there because it's consistently ok IMO (on a budget).
