There is not a card that is a win condition but a combination of them Ajani's Pridemate, Archangel of Thune, Serra Ascendant are the heavy hiters
2x Path of Bravery2x Soul's Attendant, 2xSoul Warden, 2xNyx-Fleece Ram, 2xRhox Faithmender - this are your life gain engines, plus the last two of them, and your hp once the engines start, are good defences.
Sorin, Solemn Visitor and Ajani Steadfast arte there to get some more bodys to block, to pull the atention away from your creatures, and to support them, boosting them and giving lifelink to those that don't have it.
Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim, Sungrace Pegasus, Vampire Nighthawk and Vault Skirge are your chump blockers that add some synergy to the deck (with the lifelink and the life gain from ayli if one of your creatures is going to be killed).
Removal4Path to Exile best white removal, 2 Anguished Unmaking to exile what the previous one can't get rid of, 1 Liliana of the Veil top 3 best cards in black (and I had one XD, if I didn't this will be the Thoughtseize from the sideboard), Wrath of God mandatory boardwipe.
2x Phyrexian Arena, cheap (In RL money) card draw engine

I'm aware this is not a Tier one deck, and it is not intended to be one, because budget and the lack of chances to attend to pptqs and bigger tournaments.In more than 50 matches, this has won 65-70 % of them, even against tier 1 decks.
I'm open to sugestions or opinions, if they are not super expensive (no fetches, or more veil lilianas XD or stuff like that).
