This deck is based upon life gain, and using that life gain to power up ALL your creatures AND do damage to your opponent.

The instant win combo is to have Suture Priest,Blood Artist,Archangel of Thune,Viscera Seer, and Safehold Elite on the battlefield. Viscera Seer will sacrifice Safehold Elite. This will start a chain reaction, first activating Blood Artist, gaining you life and damaging your opponent. Then because of persist Safehold Elite re-enters the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter and you gain 1 life from Suture Priest, which activates Archangel of Thune and resets persist on Safehold Elite.

With Illness in the Ranks on the battlefield you can use Forbidden Orchard and Mercy Killing freely and gets you damage in. It also is a huge pain against tokens.
