Lifegain and lifelink keep my life high, while deathtouch keeps my attackers at bay. Cards like Soul Warden, Blood Artist, Suture Priest trigger whenever a creature enters or dies, helping me and hurting my opponent. Coupled with Rhox Faithmender, lifegain's effectiveness is only increased.

I'm also running an inspiration I saw from Norni's deck Deathtouch Combo: Thornbite Staff and Viridian Longbow to tap and ping my opponents creatures for one deathtouch damage, and with both equipped, infinite board wipe. =D Also planning on using this combo with Vraska the Unseen's ultimate for direct insta-kill assassin damage. We'll see how it goes.

I'm on a bit of a budget, so I can't get a lot of the really awesome cards that would really make this deck kick butt (Archangel of Thune, Serra Ascendant, Blood Baron of Vizkopa, Fiendslayer Paladin), but maybe in the future I'll be able to afford it. =D

It's run pretty well so far now that I think I've gotten the mana ratio's down, but it's still very much a work in progress, especially knocking the card count down, so comments are greatly appreciated. =D
