This is my first commander deck build from scratch. Using the Kaldesh Legendary Creature: Kambal, Consul of Allocation. I liked the idea of forcing my opponents to think about using non-creature spell cards. This is based on mostly cards I currently have or know of. I am new to MTG...I do welcome comments and recommendations.
