Seems good, but a little unfocused. There seems to be a counters theme and a populate theme. I would settle on one of them and it would make your deck a lot stronger. Also seems like with all of your colored mana, running Rogue's Passage and Encroaching Wastes is risky. I understand why they're in though. Armada Wurm also seems like it would be a good bomb/finisher.Hope this helps!

Your deck seems more midrange so I would consider dropping Soldier of the Pantheon for Elvish Mystic for ramp into your higher costing cards. I would also think of taking out Encroaching Wastes because your deck has a lot of colour heavy spells (Advent of the Wurm , Armada Wurm , Trostani, Selesnya's Voice , Voice of Resurgence , Selesnya Charm , Brimaz, King of Oreskos , Ajani, Caller of the Pride

We seem to have the similar deck ideas around the same time. Bant Midrange if you are interested.
As for your deck, I think that Archangel of Thune would fit in nicely with your curve. I am not a fan of Loxodon Smiter or running a playset of Brimaz. You might also think about only running 2 Banisher Priest if any considering you are already running 4x Selesnya Charm .

I've gotta +1 for the title alone. LRG is my favorite brand. Looks like a nice use of JOU cards too.

I can't say I like Godsend, it costs the same amount to equip as it does to cast, and it is only useful if they have more than 1 of that card in the deck, I mean sure, if you block a creature Mogis with it and exile all Mogis' it's amazing, because too me it seems too situational, I would probably replace it with Trostani, Selesnya's Voice

Well it's a standard legal sword. I'm not going to lie, I'm adding it mostly for flavor. Swords r fun. ...and I like it a lot more than Unflinching Courage .
I built this deck after buying a Voice of Resurgence play set. I went back and forth is I should build Aggro/Midrange or Populate (which includes things like Trostani, Selesnya's Voice . I finally decided on the Aggro, but plan to one day make a casual populate deck with Trostani, Selesnya's Voice & Growing Ranks & Scion of Vitu-Ghazi ...and that other card like Scion that has flying.

I know that you aren't talking about Scion of the Ur-Dragon , so what scion are you talking about?

Ornitharch ...though when I said the above, I didn't realize that awful mechanic "tribute" was on the card. :/

I would really try to find a spot for Rootborn Defenses to protect you from Supreme Verdict . Verdict is Selesnya's biggest weakness right now. Other than that, I like the deck.

What would u take out for it?
I'm thinking Spirit of the Labyrinth but maybe Brave the Elements ? or would u MB it?
I went back and forth between Rootborn Defenses Druid's Deliverance and Brave the Elements for some protection. I ultimately chose Brave the Elements because I like that it also can make my creatures unblockable and having 1 mana free is much easier than 3. In most games there is almost always at least 1 voice token on the board so the populate on Rootborn Defenses would be useful.
May 10, 2014 6:06 p.m.
I would drop 1 Banisher Priest and 1 Selesnya Charm and try mainboarding the Rootborn Defenses . At least in my meta, control is everywhere, and Supreme Verdict is a huge issue.

Godsend and karametra seem too slow for what you're doing here.
By the time the god comes down do you need more mana?
And the set up cost for godsend is way too high. There's better things you can do on turn 3 and 4. Bring in Banishing Light or Plummet . Or plus 1 brimaz and ajani.

Well those 2 cards are in for flavor so I could easily swap them around, double Brimaz & some RBDs. Truthfully I've been pleased with Karametra, God of Harvests 's performance. It's rather easy to get her online as a indestructible creature. I'm not going to lie, I don't need the extra mana but more times then not it's nice to have. It allows for a late game play + activation of Rogue's Passage or equipping Godsend Although, Godsend is less of a T3 play and more of a "lets end this board stall" kinda play.
Deff gone fit in some Banishing Light
I don't play Plummet like I don't play Doom Blade though :).

How do you guys feel about Elspeth, Sun's Champion or some Launch the Fleet ?
May 10, 2014 9:32 p.m.
Not sure I really like Launch the Fleet that much. Elspeth, Sun's Champion would be great as a finisher. I think it depends on how aggressive you want to be. If you want to be super fast, Elspeth is a little high on the curve. But if you're going for a more midrange look I think she'd fit nicely.

I like Launch the Fleet as a finisher. It's really easy to cast and strive. I haven't tried running it in my selesnya builds yet though. It seems like a really good heroic enabler. In a blue/white build.
I love elspeth as a card and as a finisher/ends stalls. She fits in as long as the mana supports it. I think you should try her out. I bet she'll be amazing.
I only suggested Plummet cause night veil and storm breath can be tough for g/w to deal with. I run plummet and Celestial Flare side board and they are both amazing.

I am not a standard format player, so with a grain of salt, Godsend is just awful. Karametra, God of Harvests is meh. And you know I love me some G/W Midrange. I literally use 80% of these cards A LOT. I would drop the Selesnya Guildgate altogether. You don't need it. Add a Plains for an even 8. The math supports that 8/7 is significantly higher of drawing 2. But that being said, Loxodon Smiter and Fleecemane Lion are just plain dirty. I say drop the God and the Guildgate and - 1Soldier of the Pantheon for maybe Wolfir Silverheart and Avacyn's Pilgrim or 2x Lightning Greaves even. Don't know if those cards are all standard legal.
May 30, 2014 5:15 p.m.
This actually plays like an aggro deck! I run almost the same list, and it isn't midrange, haha :) I would reccomend 4x Mana Confluence . They really smooth out the mana base for you! :D

How has Experiment One been working for u? I tried it originally but was rather underwhelmed with it?
July 9, 2014 2:23 p.m.
Brushland won't have a reprint :( only the enemy Painlands are being printed currently. As for Experiment One , he's a power house. He forces removal early or just absorbs it. Sticks around after Wrath effects, and even late game he can prove to be a very resilient blocker, usually lasting two turns. He also deals with Blood Baron of Vizkopa something this deck is particularly weak to! :)
July 9, 2014 9:21 p.m.
Get rid of Soul Tithe and Spear of Heliod for two more Brave the Elements , an Anger of the Gods could smack this deck around with ease.

oh, Brimaz, so broken. He is probably better than the hero because he costs 1 less.
