Based on this.
Basically, a straight burn deck with a black splash instead of a white splash like the deck it is based on, allowing for some interesting different tactics.
The deck itself works like a burn spell machine gun, although you do generally want to save them for the end of the turn if they are not sorceries. Creatures and planeswalkers are generally not a priority. Satyr Firedancer kills creatures easily when he is out without sacrificing our burn, though, so that's incredibly helpful.
Some of what the black splash allows us:
Mogis, God of Slaughter: Oh man, this guy is AWESOME. Free two burn a turn, or they have to sac something that's looking at us funny.
Deathrite Shaman: Play sorceries and instants, exile them for a consistent two damage a turn. Solid, especially for the one drop that it is.
Erebos, God of the Dead: Admittedly, he is more of a sideboard card against lifegain, but he is still very helpful in the main should we encounter it. Not sold on the number of this guy yet, but he is vital against lifegain decks.
Toil / Trouble: Gives us some options in using it should the opponent not have any cards in hand.
Sideboard:
Dreadbore: Hello, Elspeth, Sun's Champion. Hello, Desecration Demon. Screw you.
Mindsparker: Goes in against Esper or Azorius, and punishes them for damn near every spell they play.
Mizzium Mortars: SCREW YOU Blood Baron of Vizkopa. AND Pack Rat. AND AGGRO DECKS.
Anger of the Gods: Risky because it kills our own creatures, but effectively clears aggro's board.
Peak Eruption: Hahaha no Mountain for you.
Erebos, God of the Dead: I hate lifegain.
