This should be the last incarnation of my R/W deck for now. I've decided that Boros Auras is far too flimsy, so I've dropped Madcap Skills and Ethereal Armor for now, though armor may reappear at some point.Instead I decided it's time to get back to basics; R/W Weenies is where it's at this time, with still just a hint of the old tribal thanks to Cavalry Pegasus .

FEATURES:

Soldier of the Pantheon/ Boros Elite : The turn one wonders. Soldier is a beefy 2 power beater on turn one who can be hard for U/W and W/G decks to remove, he dodges cards like Boros Reckoner and Loxodon Smiter, AND he gains you life. Excellent card. Elite is usually a 3/3 every combat phase by turn 3. Very solid.

Precinct Captain/ Akroan Hoplite : These two have great synergy with each other. Not only does Precinct Captain help get battalion up with his tokens, he boosts Hoplite's swinging power every time he makes one as well. Hoplite meanwhile can get incredibly powerful rather quickly with just a few extra swingers.

Cavalry Pegasus : Evasion. With the exception of Boros Reckoner, all creatures in this deck are human, so blocking the battalion can be rather difficult.

Frontline Medic: obvious reasoning. Indestructible attackers are awesome, and the ability to counter sphinx's revalation is a bonus.

Boros Reckoner: duh.

Anax and Cymede : An awesome 3 cast beater and a potential win con. Target them with Boros Charm's double strike effect and your entire field gets overrun.

Heliod, God of the Sun: He's a big fat beater and gives all of my creatures vigilance. He's even good against control, pooping out tokens that control can't counter. What's not to like?

heliod's spear: Makes all my dudes bigger slightly and can shoot down many problem creatures with its active.

Brave the Elements : Immuntity to Anger of the Gods, a savior for blockers, and a potential win con via unblockability. Every creature in this deck is at least part white, so brave fits well.

Boros Charm: the best counter to Supreme Verdict in the format and an awesome pump for A&C.

Suggestions

Updates Add

Dropped Elspeth, Sun's Champion in favor of a third Frontline Medic. Elspeth was proving too slow and I like Medic.

Dropped Chained to the Rocks from the side board in favor of two additional Mizzium Mortars. I have no means of dealing with Blood Baron of Vizkopa outside of mortars and 6 mountains just isn't enough to make the best use out of chained.
