Why no Tashas? — Sept. 13, 2024

Going clean with my list, really like how it plays. UB Mill isnt really affected by either bans nor the new releases, just adjust some sideboard.

The 2 off slot from interaction (Spell Pierce / Surgical) and 2 from the Jaces I chose to add some more mill - want to keep the 4 off Preordains, they r still stronk. I choose the Playset of glimpse the unthinkable.

Why no Tashas? Tashas is just nonbo with too many cards (vision, Jace, drown, extirpate) and its way too inconsisten. Ya it can hit strong and also sometimes neckbraking for the opp, but i really cant rely on it and its very matchup depending. For me, Tashas would be better as a SB option for those reasons.

Glimpse on the other hand is lil bit cheaper and plays into the decks synergy. Need some more testing but it got a good comeback it seems.
