UggyD i'm not running mill stone because it is not powerful enough to mill the opponent to death. I named the deck like this because it was the first card ever to have a milling effect

Oh, ok. I kind of like the stone. I agree it doesn't mill for alot at a time, but it seems like it could be a reasonable replacement for Nephalia Drownyard

Most will disagree but, Death's Approach is Great in the current Meta (if you are playing mill) mostly because it can get rid of or nerf the Gods which as far as i can tell you don't have much of an answer for. If you don't like that maybe consider a Crypt Incursion or two.
Note: Both of these should be side board cards especially if your local meta game is packed with control because they both rely on the opponent having creatures in their deck. (as does Ashiok to a degree) However if your local meta is full of Grull/Bant Creature heavy decks I would consider side/main boarding a few Wight of Precinct Six
