I'm tired of not drawing my Liliana's enough in my commander deck so I'm going to try them in this one to make it more like my Chandra deck.

I wanted to remake something with more variety out the pieces of this since much of it is in my commander deck at the moment.

Blarg.
I optimized this deck a little more recently (8-5-2020).
Here are some ideal situations:
Carrion Feeder + Gravecrawler with open mana gives you options to consistently proc effects while pumping a zombie bigger.
Add Diregraf Colossus into that and you get a bunch of zombie tokens.
If you have Mikaeus, the Unhallowed out, you get double that with his undying effect.
If you have Grave Pact, you've just cleared part of their field.
If you have Noxious Goul, you can minus stat some of your opponents' creatures.
My favorite old-school combo though is Noxious Goul and Balthor the Defiled. You sacrifice everything you can and then res your graveyard, giving minus stats to every non-zombie. Unless your opponent is also using zombies, you're probably going to wipe their field.
(This deck often doesn't care about losing important lord creatures in trades if you have the Noxious Balthor combo in your hand or are willing to wait and build up for it.)
Extras:
An ideal turn consistency is:
-Getting either of the one-drops on turn one.
-Getting Twisted Abomination reliably for turn two can help ramp towards the five-costers (since my decks tend to have less mana than other people's). It'll also make Diregraf a 3/3 if you get him for turn three. (I have Relentless Dead in here as a sparse turn two option creature, but getting mana and zombies in the graveyard are often a bigger priority for my early game.)
-Getting Grave Pact or Undead Warchief out on turn four so you can start to be more aggressive with tokens.
(I know there are ways I could make this deck broken, but my friend group tends to make decks that we can have fun with that aren't too overpowered or oppressive.)
