Budget build I started a while back and have since added to here and there whenever I happened upon a good deal. Not particularly competitive, but it can win (even has, once or twice :P) and it's always fun to dry up your opponent's resources within a few turns and watch them do nothing, right?
The tag may say 8-rack, but it's a variant, substituting Waste Not for 4 of the 8 rack effects. Sometimes generates really insane value, and while it'd probably be more effective to just have all 8 rack effects (much like it'd be better to use Dark Confidant in place of Pain Seer, but, y'know, reasons), it's always fun to use.

Update #1 (01/16/2015): I found some really good deals tonight at FNM, and decided to change this to a more standard 8-rack build, as well as adding my new favourite card in the deck, Ensnaring Bridge. I was right, it's way, way more effective than screwing around with Waste Nots and Zombie tokens. :P
I'm looking around for Modern events to try this out in, and will continue to update with stories of success and/or failure. :) Or stories of how I magically found a playset of Dark Confidants under a rock and so didn't have to justify the $360-ish price tag to myself (I'm allowed to dream, don't you judge me).
Update #2 (01/22/2015): Found several weekly modern events near me, plan on taking this build to at least one of them next week (for now, have to use every opportunity I get to cast Treasure Cruise, lol).
