The deck is finally done. —July 22, 2015
First of all thank you all so much for making this the top voted Liliana deck on tappedout. I'm so proud. (Seeing the 2nd highest has 3 upvotes we're blowing them out of the water, but still I appreciate it)
Second of all, I made some edits, finally.
Added The Chain Veil Vault of Whispers, and Gravecrawler along with Victimize
Thanks for all the support and whatnot. I added Ophiomancer which combos nicely with Skullclamp.
Also, recorded a deck tech video with Gaming with Garebear, it should be up later this week.
Added Wurmcoil Engine back in, added Skullclamp and swapped Phyrexian Arena for Graveborn Muse Swapped Grave Titan for Wurmcoil Engine, Dismember for Ashes to Ashes, Mox Opal for Liliana of the Veil]] and Vault of Whispers for Maze of Ith
The deck is "done", but as you can see, I still have cards in the maybeboard. I'm sure the deck will under go changes in the future, but the deck should mainly change when spoilers come out.
Also don't let that stop you from suggesting stuff!

Mono-black control looking to sacrifice not running Contamination? I'd think about running Contamination. Have I mentioned Contamination?
Since you're looking to make cuts I'd look at Mox Opal. You might have enough mana rocks and artifact creatures to set it off sometimes, but that Metalcraft dependency is gonna leave it a dead draw in a deck that's 25% artifacts, especially if your opponents are running any artifact removal at all or you pull it after you've had to O Stone. If cost isn't an option (up to Imperial Seal, of course) there's always Mana Crypt.
Dismember is a little underwhelming for a slot, I'd drop it for Ashes to Ashes in a heartbeat. -5/-5 isn't going to kill a major threat and the exile effect is way more savage than just kicking something to the grave in a format that thrives on its graveyard.
I'd roll Karn Liberated over Unstable Obelisk, which is pretty weak as a mana rock and is pretty much only in there as utility removal at the same mana point. It's also another Planeswalker to play off of The Chain Veil.
You seem a little light on creatures for a deck that's looking to reanimate. Kokusho, the Evening Star might work in place of Exsanguinate, though Exanguinate's good enough that I'd probably cut something else.
Does Crucible of Worlds get much done in practice? You only have 4 cards in the deck that really play off it and it doesn't let you play any additional lands so unless you've drawn Strip Mine it's functionally no different to just dropping a Swamp. Seems kinda underwhelming.

FancyTuesday thank you for the suggestions.
Contamination is evil. I'm already starting to earn a pariah status because of how mean the deck is. I'd rather not otsrasize myself further. I don't play competitive edh so...
I think I'll cut opal for Liliana of the Veil
Dismember is amazing. People don't expect Removal when at 0 or 1 open mana. None the less, I'll test the swap.
I'd swap karn for obelisk if I owned one.
As much as I love Kamigawa, seeing Liliana can't recur legendary creatures,Exsanguinate is probably better than Koku.
And Crucible also makes my discard effects less of a disadvantage, by being able to discard lands and then being able to play them from the grave. Plus, I'm pretty reckless with Lake of the Dead.

Looks really solid.
Some recommendations, and you are probably well aware of most of these, but it helps to enumerate the reasons:
Basalt Monolith and Sensei's Divining Top -- with rings, it's a far-worse Enter the Infinite + Omniscience combo -- but more importantly, both cards are powerful on their own.
Blood Artist -- Do it. Recurrable, makes Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar into a win condition
Xiahou Dun, the One-Eyed -- you know why
Living Death -- a great wrath for the indestructible or untargettable, and gets dudes back.
Sudden Spoiling -- very versatile, essential for a control build. Absolutely ruins the normal tough spots for mono-black decks (Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Sigarda, Host of Herons)
Death Cloud -- you definitely have the land recursion required to make it happen, not to mention that is absolutely devastates the rest of the board if they aren't similarly prepared
Fetches -- If you can afford them, you can net land with Rings of Brighthearth and find all your swamps
Toxic Deluge -- have learned to include this guy for commanders like Krenko, Mob Boss (t2-t3 goblin horde), and Gaddock Teeg

Looks good You might want to try playing a Death Cloud it would throw the opponents into a frenzy if they couldn't counter it. You're pretty good at deck building if you don't mind you could help me on this deck: Twins Pestering the Opponets.

SirFowler I like entomb, always have. I'll try to get my hands on a copy. Reanimate is...eh. It can lead to explosive plays but I'm not a fan. Life loss plus only 1 use makes me want to use other cards. I might have to try the Corpse Connoisseur again.
mbern I suppose, but its still a 1 use Ritual spell.
I enjoy reusable spells, or at least flexible spells.
