Thanks guys for all the support. This deck is quickly raising in the ranks of top edh decks on the site.

The updates may come a lot slower now that I've actually acquired an Entomb and Vampiric Tutor. Other than Yawgmoth's Will, I don't know what would make this deck better and that kinda scares me. I often take decks apart after I'm don't building them. I grow bored of them and tear them apart to build new decks.

I thought these Legendaries wouldn't work as commanders because the go back to the command zone when they exile for their flip ability

@Postmortal_Pop When a commander changes zones, you may choose to return it to the command zone. However, it is not mandatory. So he simply has to not return it and everything will be fine

Yep. lemmingllama hit it on the head. I choise to exile her and her own ability returns her.

I know I may have mentioned it earlier but with the inclusion of Geralf's Messenger, Nim Deathmantle feels really solid here.

It gives you a secondary win condition with Ashnod's Altar and the two and just gets stupid with cards like Kokusho, the Evening Star.

@enpc I'll test in my online, budget build. If it played well, I'll move it to playtests in paper.

I'd believe it.

Out of curiosity, have you tested out Wretched Confluence?

enpc, havnt tested it per se. I wanted to, but none of the modes are worth running. I prefer it in Horobi, Death's Wail.

Suggestions: Mirrorpool, Mortuary Mire

Because more nonbasic lands that do things is always the right answer in EDH imo.

Tsarius, until Blood Moon hits, or Back to Basics. Plus I need to keep my basic count high to enable Cabal Coffers.

Mortuary Mire is just a bad Volrath's Stronghold. And I don't have enough to make Mirrorpool worth it. Plus they both enter tapped. :(

Drakon562 Printer's are the best of a certain deck. In this case, a it's the best Liliana, Heretical Healer  Flip edh deck. Primers go in depth describing the way the deck runs and its advantages. It boils down to a well tuned description that teaches how to build a deck of a certain archetype.

synonimous_ had her in there for a while, but she's not too good in edh, she took up and extra 3CMC slot and has issues working with Liliana, Defiant Necromancer, so I removed her and traded her for the Damnation and Polluted Delta.

Unless you're trying to hurt yourself for some combo I didn't see you don't really need the fetch lands seeing as though your mono colored

Sir_Jinx: Life is an abundant resource in edh, as such, the advantage that the fetch lands give while paired with Crucible of Worlds or Rings of Brighthearth are well worth their inclusion.

Not to mention just the idea of thinning your deck. While it's only small increases in efficiency, every little bit helps. playing 4 fetches means that there are potentially 4 less lands in the deck you can draw into.

There are other benefits as well. While this deck doesn't really run delve, it can be very useful having lands in your graveyard to help pay for costs.

They can also provide a good buffer against cards like Relic of Progenitus. Sometimes you have a card you really want to keep in your graveyard and you can effectively "throw the land under the bus" to keep something which will be more valuable to reanimate.

Due to an impending trade with canterlotguardian I now need to find a spot for Entomb.
