Nah, its one of those things,where if you run infect, you have to either run enough that if one infect creature dies it hasn't pit you back go square one or you just run Blightsteel Colossus which is generally a 1 hit kill.

If you ran Hatred in the deck as well, I could see a lot more appeal. As it stands though, I still feel like it's a distraction more than anything else. Don't get me wrong, I really like the idea, I just don't know about the implementation .

Legit though, even with Batterskull it only gives you a 6/6 which isn't lethal in it's own right. And on top of that, Batterskull is 5 to equip. That being said though, you could probably try swapping something like Withered Wretch out for Crusader.

Miren, the Moaning Well is another sacrifice outlet that you can include in your land base. It does not facilitate turn 3 flips but it does flip Liliana later into the game while providing some amount of lifegain to cushion your weakness to aggro.

Diamond Valley costs a lot of money and I have no idea what your barrier on card price is. But it's a much better Miren with the downside that it doesn't tap for mana without help from Urborg.

Vampiric Tutor a 1 mana instant speed tutor should be pretty self-explanatory.

Diabolic Intent another copy of Demonic Tutor that helps you flip Liliana.

Mortuary Mire is a free reanimation spell on a black source.

What's your argument for not playing Massacre Wurm?

Bloodghast is a great card to feed into your sacrifice outlets so that you may flip your commander without actually losing anything. It's also very strong with Phyrexian Tower.

Secondly, I suppose I should state my budget in my primer. My budget is no card over $50 unless it's foil or a card I become infatuated with (it's been known to happen). Even if Diamond Valley was in my budget I probably wouldn't run it. The lack of would slow the deck down too much.

The Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion combo is working in your deck? I run it on my Grenzo's Heartstone Quest deck, but I think if fit better in my list due to my cmdr ability, but I can be wrong.

Make some space for Reanimate, normally something big goes to the grave. You can tutor again with Sidisi, Undead Vizier and Rune-Scarred Demon or maybe win bringing back Gray Merchant of Asphodel.

I notice you mentioned Waste Not in the description, but is not in the deck anymore. It dind't work the way you expected?

Mike and trike is how I win most games. This deck generates a lot o mana by late game and with all my tutors I can pull pieces together with ease.

I removed Waste Not because the only card that triggered it is Lili. It was great, but required set up and so I cut it for space concerns.
