Limited Constructed (or LC for short) is a new format developed by ME, Ezra Algard.

The idea of LC is to take the limitations and diversity of limited formats, and combine them with the control over deckbuilding one has in constructed formats. The deckbuilding rules are as follows:

• LC decks may have only 3 Rares, and only 1 copy of any Rare.
• LC decks may have only 9 Uncommons, and only 1 copy of any Uncommon.
• LC decks may have any number of Commons, but only 2 copies of any Common.
• LC decks may have any number of basic lands.
• LC decks MUST have a minimum of 40 cards, but may have as many more as you wish.

These basic deckbuilding rules apply to all forms of LC decks. Typically, I have played LC using existing limited formats, such as Khans of Tarkir LC, or Theros Block LC. Fancy a Modern LC format? Go for it.
