With this combination you can destroy any permanent, and you can start at the 3rd round. I personally like to target their lands early to keep them from playing anything large. However if anything large gets played, then destroy it. Of course the more liquimetal's you get the more you can destroy. Even the creatures will destroy permanents when coming out.
