Apparently you're allergic to constructive criticism? Meh.
Have a good night.

To get off the salt train I just wanted to point out that this "Deck ' has a near perfect mana curve lol

I mean color distribution my bad and apologies for the double post.

The best Partner pairing I've seen suggested thus far is Ravos, soul tender paired with Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix to create Sans Red Boonweaver combo. Ravos is similar enough to Karador to fill the same niche recursion, and Kydele... provides colors, and possibly a backup win condition. Obviously Ravos is a step down from Karador, but adding blue to the deck gives it a significant power bump. It's also possible whatever second Simic commander they spoil will be more relevant to the game plan.

Shane.Allen, Lol, well that escalated quickly.
Let me first say that I did not mean to insult you. I do not think that your Leovold list is bad, would play badly, or shouldn't be considered here, I simply thought it seemed a bit presumptuous of you to assert that your deck was the "best Leovold deck ever," espcially since it seemed that you hadn't really done your research on the tried and tested strategies that have been shown to work best with Leovold. Nearly all of the decklists in the cEDH subReddit have used either Doomsday or HD as a wincon with Leo's lockout game keeping away disruption. Zur is a great commander to play Doomsday, but he's not the only commander for it, and Leo has great synergy with any LabMan pile, since an opponent trying to remove LM will trigger Leo's final ability and win you the game. (fyi. Grenzo, Dungeon Warden is also a fantastic Doomsday commander.)
Even if you didn't want to check external sources like cEDH for info, you could have looked back in comments of this deck. Three Leovold decks have been posted here that people have agreed are pretty much on par. The reason there's still no decklist post is just that we haven't decided which one's a better example of the deck, or whether we should just start having more than one decklist for certain commanders. There's:
The cEDH list, that uses the Hermit Druid strategy: (Can't seem to find this one, can you help me out NarejED?)
Lilbrudder's list, which focuses on Doomsday:
Oh, I'm Sorry....Did I break your concentration?

As far as your deck goes, there's nothing really wrong with it. You clearly have a good grasp for card selection. If I had to give you advice I'd say again that your wincon's are too mana intensive, and other than that you have an issue with not having enough one-drop accelerants to get you a consistent turn 2 Leovold, which is something that really gives competitive Leo his edge. Also, there are a few goodstuff-y cards that are a little too slow for Leo, like JTMS, Lili, and Time Reversal / Time Spiral.
And, might I say, that your concern for my well being is quite touching. I do not, in fact, live in a basement. A lack of sunlight is terrible for your complexion, and I appreciate your concern. I have nice, second-story room with southern exposure that gives me plenty of vitamin D. I do not, however make my posts from home most of the time. Typically, I post here in between classes in my college's library, or in between games at a friend's place. Currently, I'm posting from my friend's apartment, which does, sadly, happen to be basement level (Don't worry, there's a large window!); we've been trading off games of Overwatch over Chinese takeout (Just got off of a great game playing as Pharah, 60 eliminations, very excite.).
Anyway, I'm also glad you know what I do in my "spear time." I was super concerned when you brought it up, since I didn't even know I had spear time! (I'm gonna have to get a spear...)
Hope this has been helpful.

On another note:
My earlier PSA on there being 60 new possible commander decks with this set was made under the assumption that there were only going to be 10 partner commanders.
To amend: With 15 new Partner commanders and 5 4-color commanders there are actually 125 new possible commander decks that can be built with the release of this set.
I'm not entirely sure we'll be able to rank them accurately.

How well has Leovold, Emissary of Trest been doing, tournament-wise? Or is it still too soon to tell?

Speaking of the other G/U dude, coiling oracle but you have to pay 4 for the ability and you scry 1 before oracleing.
Thrasios, Triton Hero.
GU.
Legendary Creature - Merfolk.
4: Scry 1, then reveal the top card of your library. If it's a land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped. Otherwise, draw a card.
Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)

Thats a pretty decent infinite mana outlet for a 4 color combo deck. Tasigur-ish with white or red

So, out of curiousity does Yidris replace Jeleva as the de-facto storm commander? Grixis storm + G for ramp seems decent.
October 27, 2016 10:54 a.m.
I don't know what Jeleva normally runs, but getting the cascade on everything seems pretty solid for storm.

Looked at the posted grixis list and it seems..... strong with Yidris. Casting dark petition getting BBB, cascading into something CNBC 4 or less and then resolving both seems silly.
The only downside is not being able to control when you tendrils but I really can't see that happening often with all of the tutors

Yidris to me feels like a catch 22. On the plus side, you get to run a lot of mana dorks. On the downside, you are going to be cascading into a lot of mana dorks. He is also harder to cast and makes the deck more inconsistent by adding a 4th color. Unless you get really lucky (perfect mana fixing, perfect cascades, no minds desire into an arbor elf) I don't think adding green (or yidris) to storm is worth it.
October 27, 2016 11:19 a.m.
Or you could not run dorks, in witch case why would you run green? Feel too easy to cast necropotence with your grixis manabase?

Technically you don't even the g for more than anything to cast him in 10% games
G does give you access to some silly regrowth options though, Noxious Revival for one so that may be something to consider.

According to MTGtop8, the last month of events has only seen one Leovold deck make it to the top 8. It was a duel commander event to be specific.

Other than that there's only a handful of lists that have appeared on the site.

n0bunga You're forgetting the part where the 2/2 becomes a 10+ with double strike and lifelink and all that jazz. Don't you ever play Mono-white?

That's what I was thinking for Yidris. You don't need to add much to storm to make it better. But Noxious Revival and Regrowth effects would be good additions. Plus cascade adds more storm count. There is the problem of cascading into tendrils but really, there's only 7 or 8 cards in the entire deck that could hit it and if you are casting those spells you are most likely about to win anyway.
