Be more snarky, please. (kidding)
Long term can definitely get it. There are also colorless tutors out there but they are ungodly expensive. That being said, if you're playing this guy as your commander I'd have to doubt that you are playing cedh regardless so it may be worth it. (Planar Bridge, Planar Portal, Ring of Three Wishes)

OFFICIALLY Spoiled Legend:
The Scarab God - Probably Tier 3. I can't think of any creature combos in UB that don't involve a creature leaving the battlefield, except for Nooze. The god acts a gravehate too, so that's cool. God, I can't think straight right now. I need to go to sleep... night everyone (or morning or whatever)!

Yeah, looks tier 3 but also looks like a hell of a lot of fun to play with!

Reminds me of chainer quite a bit! Will be pretty interesting although you cannot loop the creatures in the same way.

Damn, there are a lot of legends being OFFICIALLY spoiled for HOU:
Djeru the Purified - Tier 4. He fetches a Planeswalker when he ETBs, so he is a reliable Ugin or Karn. He also prevents damage to planeswalkers, which is cute. He has Vigilance.
Also, River Hoopoe.

Hello everyone! After the spoil of The Locust God, I have seen a couple cEDH decks wanting to build around him, and I also decided to build a deck for it. I am pretty sure this can be at least tier 2.5 viable, as it is a mana sink in the command zone, and infinite mana (through multiple ways in the deck) means win. I just finished brewing the deck, and I would greatly like to have one of the deck I built featured here (as the owner of the list I have none, lol), so I would greatly like to receive comments and inputs to help me build the best cEDH playable The Locust God deck.
Also, I am starting to write a primer like Epochalyptik did for his famous deck Dominus - Dreamcrusher Edition, that is why I would greatly like to get a lot of inputs and have the deck featured here.

I'm no expert but wouldn't having an eldrazi Titan like Kozilek be useful just so you could loop infinitely without relying solely on Timetwister effects.

Labman presents itself as being plan B to me TBH. With infinite draw you are making infinite 1/1s with haste and flying. Craft a perfect hand of 6 counters and labman, go to combat, kill everyone. If anyone survives second main labman.
Besides, you can keep Koz in hand for an instant speed reshuffle

New OFFICIALLY Spoiled Card:
Rhonas's Last Stand - Seems good for Selvala, Heart of the Wilds.

More OFFICIALLY Spoiled Cards:
Razaketh, the Foulblooded - Tier 3? 8 mana is a lot, but this card turns Reassembling Skeleton into Demonic Tutor. The effect is definitely amazing, arguably better than Griselbrand (as a commander). In a reanimator shell, you would probably need green for dorks to sac.
Uncage the Menagerie - Pod deck all-star.

I'm wondering if the demon could work well in Nooze decks

I feel like Sheldon is going to likely ban Razaketh for reasons similar to Griselbrand. Mono Black does not have a hard time getting to 8 just to go off either. I mean, look at thegigibeast's Griselbrand deck, that thing is busted, I am thinking it will be at least on par with Black Sidisi though.

sonnet666, viperfang4 - I just did some playtesting with Gigi's Griselbrand deck...mono-black has no problems getting to 8 mana. Razaketh will definitely be at least Tier 2, maybe higher. Never really realized how fast glass cannon decks are. My playgroups tend not to sleeve up such strategies.

I just put together a decklist. The tricky part is getting enough creatures to go off while ramping. It's definitely going to be broken though. All you need is 2 to 4 other creatures besides Razaketh and you can go off.
Possible combos using card you'd be playing anyway include:
Necrotic Ooze + Palladium Myr + Pili-Pala = infinite mana (+ Reassembling Skeleton for as many tutors as you want)
Necrotic Ooze + Walking Ballista + Phyrexian Devourer = infinite damage
Candelabra of Tawnos + Voltaic Key + Rings of Brighthearth + Cabal Coffers = infinite mana
Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth + Sensei's Divining Top = infinite mana and draw
You can also tutor Sacrifice for an 8 mana ritual that ensures you go off same turn.
You can cut down on the creatures you need to sacrifice by tutoring Buried Alive for anything that need to be in the graveyard (or Bloodghast) and by using Rings of Brighthearth to double the tutor ability.
So... Yeah. There's a very good likelihood that Razaketh will get banned.
I'll post the decklist when it's a little more refined.

I like that you can chain 0 mana creatures into a Songs of the Damned.

Why not try storm with the zero mana creatures to sac, ad nauseum, and tendrils?

Hey my doods. Now that one of my shit decks has made it to the tier list, I could use some help with playtesting, cuts, etc. It's easy to make a good deck with too many cards, and editing is a very important part of the creative process.
I would actually be looking to take on some co-owners for decks, espcially the various versions of Shirei that I run. If you are at all interested in commenting or joining one of these decks, simply just comment on them, or send me a message.
Deliberate Denial of Death to the Dead is meant to be more fun, janky, interesting than competitive.
Shirei is Love, Shirei is Life is meant to be the most competitive multiplayer shirei deck around (and it definitely isn't right now, so hallllp).
The Happening is a fun, and still somewhat competitive bizarre / novelty combo deck (Shadowborn apostles) that only incidentally (even coincidentally) uses Shirei. I will be adding that juicy new demon to this deck, probably in place of an expendable card or even in the place of rune-scarred demon.

OFFICIALLY Spoiled Legend:
Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign - Sphinx Tribal. Probably Tier 4 since it does a mini-FoF when it ETBs. The discount would be nice if there were more than one cEDH playable Sphinx.
