Fat_Tone: Mana Crypt might be a stretch, however, you did choose to include sol ring, so I guess thats why I immediately thought of it. Anyways.
I am not questioning your other decks. Generally speaking people posting their decks here do not own the physical cards but are trying to showcase what the optimal build would be regardless of budget. As I understand, many people play on Cockatrice, with proxies etc. Hence why I suggested you to make a budgetless version with shock, fetches, tutors etc. to submit for review and keep your physical list separate.
I am not at all implying that you are "some scrub", though my words might have come off a bit harsh (hence my comment about being "that guy"). You are more than welcome to post your derevi list.
As I said, I haven't really looked into Saskia, but infect just sprung to my mind. I just think you should try to make a budgetless version of whatever version you would deem to be the best and post it. You know, call it "Falcon Punch Budgetless" or something, if you want to keep your current build :)

I mean if budget is the issue, this is a list of budgetnotwithholding. in other words, screw the price tag assume you have a copy of each card legal in edh. If colored mana is that much of an issue, may I suggest things like Stony Silence, Null Rod and such. I say that as one of the goals of this list was to show the optimal version of each commander regardless of pricetag. The secondary goal of ranking them is more complicated as not much data is there to go off of (WoTC give us cEDH tourneys?) if you would like to join the discord, we play often on trice if you want to test and see the meta.

Since Elenda, the Dusk Rose needs a deck, I'd like to submit mine for addition to the list: Elenda with Looped Roses
After some fairly extensive testing with her, I do agree that her placement at T3 seems correct. She can be very powerful with her various graveyard loops that she enables, and Razaketh fits nicely in the deck as well. The drawback, of course, is that you're restricted to BW as your colors, but this was as close to an optimal CEDH list as I was able to come up with. I added a mini-primer which hopefully helps explain some of the lines.
Please let me know what thoughts you all have. I'm certainly interested if there are comments or suggestions on my list in order to make it optimal for inclusion.

Karn's Temporal Sundering
4UU
(You may cast a legendary sorcery only if you control a legendary creature or planeswalker.)
Target player takes an extra turn after this one. Return up to one target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. Exile Karn's Temporal Sundering. coming in Dominaria. Narset likes this:D

As with all early leaks, please leave all spoilers until WotC officially spoils them. Hans and restrictions have occurred in the past I believe due to these early leaks. Be careful with your knowledge

I made an updated Godo list for the forthcoming Dominaria release. The Helm of the Host infinite combo is MUCH better and should be enough to bump him to at least tier 2 in April.

Can we move established decks up first? Like Baral? I'm not trying to crap on Godo here, but Baral has been putting up better results than half of the nominal Tier 2 decks for months.

Also, moving decks that have gotten worse down would also be a great adjustment.

Hey everyone! So recently I built a list of all 2-card infinite combos (including ones where other pieces are in the library, such as the Boonweaver combos), and I wanted to ask your collective help with it in two aspects:
- Are there any combos that are missing?
- Are there any combos that I'm not explaining properly?
The list is MagicalHacker - List of All 2-Card Infinite Combos. Thank you in advance, and who knows... maybe a combo on the list will inspire you to build the next tier 1 deck that is just waiting to be built... :)

Hissp: I get that you're excited about new cards for Godo, but please stop recommending what tier he should be in. The cEDH community here are happy to discuss him, but in the context of whether he should be moved up. I'm sure he will get bumped up to at least tier three, however where he lands should come out of the discussion. Doing it this way gets rid of a lot of biasing.
Also as mentioned, the call should be left until the set has been properly spoiled. Everything in its own time and all that.
March 10, 2018 11:55 p.m.
enpc and chaosumbreon87 I believe official statement on tappedout regarding spoilers is: "don't post links and/or text from unofficially leaked cards"
WoTC posted a word document, "Dominaria Release Notes", containing the text for 140 of the new cards on the 8th of March, in an article called "Dominaria Leak". Seems to be fair game to talk about as Wizards themselves released the document? Or am I missing something?
March 11, 2018 3:38 a.m.
Othilion: Release notes are not the same as the full card actually being spoiled. And people's heads are not going to explode if a deck doesn't get reviewed immediately. As I said, everything in its own time.

Hi,
Was wondering how I could be able to improve the tier of my Edgar Markov list. I would argue it plays better than Teysa, Orzhov Scion, Ghost Council of Orzhova at very least, probably pushing towards the level of Selvala, Explorer Returned and Sliver Queen in power level, any suggestions on how I could improve the list would be great! I'm hoping to make the deck more resilient but also manage to keep the gameplan within the first 4 turns. Another interesting part of the deck is the longevity provided by Skullclamp allowing for more protected combo lines late game, which can be from Doomsday or the main enablers razaketh, the foulblooded and Ad Nauseam. The deck has improved with recent updates as well as getting a better line to victory with the inclusion of Necromancy mainboard for instant speed lines, this allows us to use Yawgmoth's Will efficiently.
Thank you and that's a brief overview of the deck, hope it helps and I will be waiting for suggestions if any eagerly! :)
Good day regards,
Iraruel,

Regarding the Dominaria leak, according to this thread the fact that wizards has confirmed and released card information makes the cards official from Wizards and ok to post here. If you want to discuss / link to / post pictures of the cards go ahead.
You can find my initial assessment by clicking:
Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle - W - T3? - (graveyard recursion, combo potential)Squee, the Immortal - R - T4/5 - (Interactions? Great as a combo piece in Food Chain. 3CMC)
Kwende, Pride of Femeref - W - T5
Kazarov, Sengir Pureblood - BR - T4/5
Evra, Halcyon Witness - W - T4 - (could have some shenanigans depending on how the rules work)
Naban, Dean of Iteration - U - T? - (Doubles wizard ETBs, 2CMC)
Lyra Dawnbringer - W - T4 - (Angel Tribal)
Valduk, Keeper of the Flame - R - T4 - (equipment / aura 3/1 generator)
Baird, Steward of Argive - W - T4 - (ghostly prison)
Urgoros, the Empty One - B - T4 - (Specter, 6CMC)
Marwyn, the Nurturer - G - T2.5 - (good elfball commander)
Naru Meha, Master Wizard - U - T3? - (copies your own instants and sorceries. Infinite, w/o haste, with copy creature effects. 4CMC)
Whisper, Blood Liturgist - B - T3? - (graveyard recursion, infinite with thornbite staff and the right creatures. 4CMC)
Demonlord Belzenlok - B - T4 - (draws unreliably, 6CMC)
Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar - G - T5 - (Doesnt do much, could reuse landfall triggers?)
Gruun, the Lonely King - G - T5 - (big beater, 6-9CMC)
Torgaar, Famine Incarnate - B - T5 - (doesnt do much, 8CMC, can be reduced)
Verix Bladewing - R - T5
Hallar, the Firefletcher - RG - T4? - (Purph for Kicker. How many good kicker spells are there? Infinite counter combos could use a Kicker spell as a finisher. 3CMC)
Aryel, Knight of Windgrace - BW - T4? - (Token generator, creature remover, a bit convoluted. 4CMC)
Tiana, Ship's Caretaker - RW - T4 - (Aura / Equipment recursion. Meh combo potential. 5CMC)
Firesong and Sunspeaker - RW - T3? (has 1 card infinite combo, 6CMC)
Shanna, Sisay's Legacy - GW - T4/5 - (Voltron, mediocre protection, does nothing. 2CMC)
Jodah, Archmage Eternal - 5Color - T2.5 or higher - (Fist of the Suns ability. Good Enter the Infinite commander.)
Muldrotha, the Gravetide - BUG - T2.5 or higher - (Bug Karador for all permanent types. Includes lands. 6CMC)
Arvad the Cursed - BW - T4/5
Grand Warlord Radha - RG - T3 - (Mana on attack, can be infinite with Aggravated Assault / Hellkite Charger. 4CMC)
Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain - UR - T2 or higher - (Sram in Izzet with Artifacts, Legends, or Sagas. Also Paradox combo. 4CMC)
Garna, the Bloodflame - BR - T3/4 - (One time creature recursion. Haste generator. 5CMC)
Adeliz, the Cinder Wind - UR - T4/5 - (Voltron, Haste, doesnt do much, 3CMC)
Darigaaz Reincarnated - BRG - T4/5 - (Abilities useless in commander, has haste, 7CMC)
Rona, Disciple of Gix - UB - T4
Slimefoot, the Stowaway - BG - T2.5 or higher - (Saproling commander. Wincon for deathloop involving saprolings. Colorless infinite mana outlet, wincon with sacoutlet. 3CMC)
Damping Sphere - 2 - Fantastic new stax piece. Hoses Storm, hoses many combo decks, bothers pretty much anything thats not stax.
Jhoira's Familiar - 4 - Decent cost reducer for Artifacts and Legends, could be useful for certain decks.
Helm of the Host - 4 (equip 5) - One card combo with Godo, Bandit Warlord (mana intensive).
Karn's Temporal Sundering - 4UU - New extra turn spell for Narset that also bounces.
Lich's Mastery - 3BBB - A Hexproof Lich. Probably not great in cEDH, but very interesting as a build around card.
Squee, the Immortal - 1RR - Again, new creature to cast with Food Chain. Unclear whether Prossh wants it, but it could open up FC combo to more than just UG. (The only commanders with worthwhile triggers are Maelstrom Wanderer (cascade until you hit a wincon) and Zacama (sorta worthwhile, was running FC anyway).
Precognition Field - 3U - Possible colorless infinite mana outlet for decks with instant / sorcery wincons (great with Blue Suns Zenith).
Seal Away - 1W - New instant white removal. I would play this over Path to Exile, personally.
Sylvan Awakening - 2G - Neat way to get Umbral Mantle on Gaeas Cradle.
Broken Bond - 1G - Green removal and ramp. Good for decks that draw a lot of cards.
The Flame of Keld - 1R - Could be useful in Purphoros after dumping your hand.

You should update this list for 2018
Pretty sure Edgar Markov is nowhere close to as low as where you've got him listed since he's banned in 1v1 and almost banworthy even in multiplayer.

iiTzSeb: This list is updated after every new set with the new legendary creatures that are released. It's up to date as of 2 weeks ago.
Edgar Markov is amazing when it comes to casual play. When it comes to competetive play, however, he doesn't even come close. His tier 3 listing is well deserved.

Flindsey2249: "Can" and "Consistently does" are two very different things. But if you have a decklist that consistently does, by all means please post it here.

Edgar Markov Isn't even that powerful. I've seen him played several times and never once saw him win even in a casual enviroment. He gets rocked hard by several decks of my own, most of which are tier 3 or lower, Lu Bu, Master-at-Arms, Omnath, Locus of Mana, Avacyn, Guardian Angel. Free vampires and haste is great and all, but fairly easy to get around.

Othilion: I understand the need for some staples, but the deck is extremely colored mana hungry, so Crypt and Vault seems kinda lackluster to me. That being said, I never said that the list wasn't budget or didn't have optimized cards - I aim to get shocks, fetches, and a Survival eventually for sure for the deck. I actually had a couple games last night with the very list I have posted above in a 5-man pod. The deck came up short in the end, but held its own against the Derevi STAX list I run (which I can post on my profile later today if you'd like to get a sense of knowing that I am not just some scrub that doesn't understand CEDH), a finely-tuned Krenko from MtGSalvation's archives (or some other archive - I can ask the guy who built it), a Ceaseless Hunger STAX list, and a Thrasios/Tymna Bomberman list. The list does look frivolous when compared to what I was playing, but I assure you the deck can be and is explosive when the right hands are kept.
Aside from that, I don't want to be "that guy" either in saying that I have a more serious build on my profile: I also said in my original comment that I have a Duel Commander list I run online for Saskia that runs infect on my profile (https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/09-10-17-saskia-infect/) that I thought about tuning for regular CEDH, but didn't feel like doing. I'm sure that's probably more what you're getting at that should be submitted and that I should build. In that regard, I'd say you're probably correct.
