Wandering Fumarole + Crackdown Construct Pay 4 to turn wandering Fumerole into a creature, then pay 0 to switch its power and toughness as many times as you want. Crackdown Construct sees this and gains infinite power and toughness.

(Spoilers for Ikoria)
Well, with Ikoria and Mutate being a thing, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker gets even more infinite combos, so I'll try to list all the new ones (19 of them spoiled so far). Essentially, mutate a nonlegendary creature ontop of Kiki-Jiki, have it copy itself, its copy also has Haste and the copy ability, so rinse and repeat for infinite. If you do this before your untap step, the tokens will be untapped then, although it takes a turn from the mutate usually. There are still other cards that can do stuff with untapped tokens or infinite etbs.
For the Nonenglish Spoilers, I'll just use their number. Sorted by Color Identity.
R- Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Cloudpiercer/Everquill Phoenix
RU - Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Archipelagore/Dreamtail Heron/Pouncing Shoreshark/Souvenir Snatcher
RG - Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Auspicious Starrix/IKO #64/Gemrazer/Glowstone Recluse/IKO #165
RW- Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Huntmaster Liger
RB - Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Cavern Whisperer/Chittering Harvester/Dirge Bat/Insatiable Hemophage/Mindleecher
RUG Identity, RG and/or RU to pull of combo - Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Trumpeting Gnarr
RGB Identity, RG and/or RB to pull of combo - Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + IKO#178

Unfortunately the Kethis combos do not work as infinite since you still need to exile cards to recast Hope:
2019-07-12: Kethis’s last ability affects only legendary cards that are in your graveyard at the time it resolves. Legendary cards put into your graveyard later in the turn won’t gain the ability. If you play a legendary card and it returns to your graveyard, it won’t have the ability anymore.

With infinite mana such as Grand Architect and Pili-Pala : Manascape Refractor + Karn, Silver Golem + Voltaic Construct + Stensia Bloodhall can now ping for infinite in monoblue. (use the Bloodhall's ability with the Refractor and untap it repeatedly as a creature with Karn and Voltaic Construct)

Think an infinite mana combo for RW might be: Zirda, the Dawnwaker and Basalt Monolith or Grim Monolith? Tap either of them for 3, then untap them for 1, then re=tap then go kaboom! Going to add it to maindeck Jor Kadeen for extra combo potential.

Tana, the Bloodsower + Breath of Fury + a haste enabler such as Rhythm of the Wild + something like Magmatic Chasm for unblockable + another creature. (E.g. a Saproling made from Tana, the Bloodsower) = Near infinite Combat Steps. (Your opponents die before infinite combat steps.) Put Breath of Fury onto a creature other than Tana, the Bloodsower, then cast something that can give your creatures unblockable, such as Magmatic Chasm. Going to combat, swing both Tana, the Bloodsower and the creature with Breath of Fury at someone else. After damage is dealt, two triggers go on the stack. Create Saprolings with Tana, the Bloodsower, then sacrifice the creature with Breath of Fury and move the enchantment to one of the newly made Saprolings. Move to next combat and repeat until your opponents are dead.

I'm honestly surprised this hasn't already been listed: Animar, Soul of Elements with 4 +1/+1 counters + Ancestral Statue + Walking Ballista
Animar with 4 counters on him makes Ancestral Statue free to cast. Each time you cast Ancestral Statue Animar gets another counter and you return a nonland permanent you control to it's owner's hand, use that ability to return Ancetral Statue back to your hand. You can keep casting and bouncing Ancestral Statue as many times as you want to put as many +1/+1 counters on Animar as you want.
When you have a number of +1/+1 counters on Animar equal to at least twice the total life of your opponents then you cast Walking Ballista with X being half the number of counters on Animar. It enters with enough +1/+1 counters on it for you to keep using its third ability until everyone else is dead.
Walking Ballista can be replaced with any other card that deals damage when creatures or artifacts ETB, such as Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors or Reckless Fireweaver.
This combo fits in the Damage, P/T and ETB sections. It can also go in the Infinite Life section if you replace Walking Ballista with Essence Warden.

3x Oblivion Ring, let's call them A, B and C.
Step 1: Cast A, exile irrelevant card.
Step 2: Cast B, exile A, irrelevant card returns.
Step 3: Cast C, exile B, A returns, exile C, B returns, exile A, C returns, exile B. Infinite loop performed.
Pair this with your favourite constellation card for infinite ETB triggers.
For infinite damage use Forgeborn Oreads or Grim Guardian.
For infinite mill use Sage of Mysteries or Thassa's Devourer.
For infinite life use Nexus Wardens or Underworld Coinsmith.
For infinite power/toughness use Eutropia the Twice-Favored, Nylea's Colossus, Oakheart Dryads, Pious Wayfarer, Setessan Champion, Setessan Skirmisher or Strength from the Fallen, preferably with Humbler of Mortals or Whitewater Naiads to prevent blocking.
For infinite tokens use Archon of Sun's Grace.
For infinite draw use Eidolon of Blossoms, Setessan Champion or Shoal Kraken.

Infinite life
Choose yourself with stuffy. When stuffy takes any damage, you take that damage, which then is given to stuffy, repeat forever, Soul link gives you life every time stuffy deals or takes damage.

Infinite Damage: Cauldron Familiar + Witch's Oven + Mardu Ascendancy + Clock of Omens
Turn four, Clock of Omens, sacrifice Mardu Ascendancy to give cats +0/+3. Sac a cat to Witch's Oven get two Food Token tap the tokens to untap Witch's Oven. Sac one of the foods to get back Cauldron Familiar (it still has +0/+3) sac it for two more foods etc

TheDidacticD Interesting combo. However, it doesn't work. Because the cat left the battlefield, the bonus is no longer on it. It could work, however, with some token doubler instead of the Mardu enchantment.
