Destroyerbirb how about instead of Mardu Ascendancy, we go with Puresteel Paladin and any shield such as Kite Shield or Accorder's Shield. We just have to sac Cauldron Familiar with the shield once to get enough artifacts, artifact lands like Ancient Den and Vault of Whispers, and Mox Ruby, Mox Opal, Mox Pearl to accelerate the combo.

TheDidacticD That could work. The combo is a little too slow for competitive play, but it's decent at casual tables. I wouldn't be surprised to see it at some EDH tables.

What about Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter + Walking Ballista/Fyndhorn Elder.

You have Mana Severance + Balustrade Spy as well as Mana Severance + Undercity Informer as infinite mill of ANY player...but mana severance can only remove your lands so how is that supposed to mill another player? Just curious what I'm missing. (I'm pretty new to mtg). I could see if you used both those combos on yourself and then played Thassa's Oracle then you could instant win the game but there are easier combos for that (Demonic Consultation + Thassa's Oracle or Tainted Pact + Thassa's Oracle for instant wins)

In addition to above comment. Basalt Monolith + Mesmeric Orb is great for milling your own deck, but it doesn't mill an opponents deck. Each time you untap Basalt Monolith, Mesmeric Orb causes you to mill a card...again, can be a wincon if you can play Thassa's Oracle without it being countered/prevented or else you lose on your next turn.

This one is pretty convoluted... Nadir Kraken + Sage of the Falls + Arcane Adaptation + Life and Limb + Samut, Tyrant Smasher + Psychosis Crawler. Play Arcane Adaptation naming Saproling, then with all the cards on the field, draw a card, probably through Sage of the Falls. Psychosis triggers, dealing 1 damage, pay 1 with a creature to Nadir Kraken, put a Tentacle onto the battlefield. Sage of the Falls triggers, drawing a card. Psychosis triggers, dealing 1 damage, pay 1 with the Saproling Tentacle to create another Saproling Tentacle etc... Samut just provides haste so any card works there, although Samut keeps it 2 colors

SirQuaxano, your combo doesn't work unfortunately. There can be no action taken in a turn until the beginning of the upkeep. So you couldn't tap the Kiki-Jiki mutate until your upkeep, and then all the tokens would be tapped and exiled at the end of turn. This ruling is why people generally do stuff at the end of turn, instead of the very beginning of it. Sorry :(

Avenger of Zendikar + Mystic Reflection on summon. This can also work with Phylath, World Sculptor , but it requires Sakashima of a Thousand Faces / Sakashima the Impostor / Helm of the Host / Spark Double .

Carrion Feeder + Gravecrawler + Diregraf Captain + Rooftop Storm

Carrion Feeder let’s us sacrifice unlimited creatures.

Gravecrawler can be played from the graveyard, allowing us to endlessly sacrifice it.

Rooftop Storm allows us to play Gravecrawler for free, which removes the only limit on playing it infinitely from our graveyard: mana cost.

Diregraf Captain deals one damage to our opponent every time one of our zombies dies.

Vedalken Archmage + Words of Wind + Sol Ring creates an infinite bounce loop for all opponents' permanents. With Archmage and WoW on the field, cast Sol Ring. In reaction to the Archmage's trigger, tap Sol Ring for and use one of those to pay for WoW's bounce effect. Return Sol Ring and use the other to recast it.

An old one, but still good for infinite life is Daru Spiritualist + Starlit Sanctum + Nomads en-Kor , or any other effect that targets for , targeting Spiritualist repeatedly, then sacrificing it to the Sanctum ability. Cheap for both mana and money, too.

Sunstrike Legionnaire + Presence of Gond + Alter of the Brood for an infinite mill.

Replace Alter of the Brood with Blasting Station for infinite damage.

tobiasks It's possible to loop Oblivion Rings, I think it takes 2 O-Rings and either a copy effect or a third ring.
