tobiasks you can set up an infinite lifesteal/ping damage combo with Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood.

This one will create infinite tokens and infinite combat phases:

The Master, Multiplied, Aurelia, the Warleader, & Legion Loyalty.

The Master makes it so that Myriad tokens don’t get sacrificed/exiled and removes the Legendary rule, while Legion gives Aurelia Myriad. Because tokens entering the the battlefield tapped & attacking don’t register as “attacking”, you can get infinite combat phases, so long as you have at least 2 opponents.

Not sure if someone already pointed this out, but Isochron Scepter has a ruling stating you can't cast it for ALTERNATIVE costs. Meaning it doesn't work with things like Miracle. I could be absolutely wrong, but even rulings talking about converted mana cost state that it uses the mana cost in the top right of the card, and I can find nothing(maybe I didn't look hard enough) stating you can use alternative casting costs to replace converted mana cost checks. Again, I could be wrong.
