In my opinion, creatures that tutor for lands on etb or death don't count as mana dorks because they don't produce the mana themselves. They still do ramp you and the lands instead of mana on creatures can be either better or worse but they still should not be counted as mana dorks. Thats my opinion though so do as you will.

Crazy juice i think you are right by definition of mana dork however the purity of this list was lost in the very beginning so at this time I think the point is to list potential options that will ramp you so when brewing a deck they can all be considered whether tapping for mana, untapping lands, or fetching lands.
