Aphetto Alchemist and Voltaic Key can count as ramp options IMO.

Hunting Wilds and Ranger's Path are about on par with Explosive Vegetation and Skyshroud Claim, into play tapped like the former but grabbing dual lands like the latter.

Gift of Estates might not be quite up to the likes of Tithe and Land Tax, but hey, it's not green and it grabs nonbasics. Thought it might be worth a mention.

Jeweled Amulet is pretty sweet as one of a very short list of cards that can play 3-mana commanders on turn 2 (at least the non-green ones).

Walking Atlas is technically ramp too, I guess.

I think it might be good to add the Banner cycle of cards from Khans of Tarkir to this list, as they are pretty much the same as the Obelisks but for the clan colors.

Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary should be removed as it is now uber banned (even though it's been banned the last year or so. People need to be updated, I still find a few every so often lurking about.)
