No. When a card is banned as a commander, it is still legal for inclusion in a deck's mainboard. It just can't be a commander card.

Doubtful, unless the Animar deck is going full-on creature. Many Animar decks end up being combo-oriented, so Nullstone Gargoyle is counterproductive.

I can agree about Black Vise, as I have tried to make it fit but it usually doesnt perform to expectations. As for Eon Hub, there are a lot of Upkeep triggers that take place in this format, usually in the form of Suspend, extra draw, etc.

I'm currently considering Mist of Stagnation because it's fairly effective but when accompanied with Tormod's Crypt or Relic of Progenitus it's very powerful. It's also a situation where having an eldrazi in your deck is a bad thing.

Viseling fits better than Black Vise . If you're Underworld Dreams ing them to death everybody is likely to have a fullish hand.
